Damn.. that last hitbox link didn't work... sorry...
My wife has started to call the computer my 'mistress' - I've told her it's a far deeper relationship than mere love... which didn't amuse her......... Mind you she's started to hallucinate ginger cats and so I can just call her insane............

Well Voidspace is *still* getting about 300 hits a day........ several months after it's launch. great -not bad for a homepage. I'm running out of money and wondering whether or not to upgrade my handheld computer... *sigh* I probably shouldn't...........

Five Questions

I felt obliged to provide this link - purely in the aims of furthering bizarreness in the universe........

Anyone want a job ? Low pay, nice working atmosphere... you have to join the church first.................. Sound tempting ? No... *damn* our kitchen salesman left, he did give us 6 months notice mind - but the guy we had liend up to replace him changed his mind at the last minute...... I sell bricks... and people keep trying to buy kitchens and showers and other bizarre things off me ... pain in the PDA if you ask me :-)

Morning folks - the dying embers of the summer are battering down upon us, like the death throes of an aged star - shedding it's outer layers in a glorious, extravagant nova of self immolation. Anyway - it's still sunny I suppose I mean.

I just had alook and realized that I didn't make a single blog post in August. What an odd and singularly uninteresting fact.

I'm typing this at 'River Farmhouse' my new home. This is the downstairs 'shared' computer and despite me learning to type properly (to stem the unending flow of typos) I'm having to resort to the old two fingered clatter because soemone has jammed up the spacebar - yuck.

Anyway, I live in community and it has really felt how community is *supposed* to be. We enjoy each others company, we pray together and want to build together - we want to love each other and help us through our weaknesses and difficulties - we're learning what it means to be of one heart and soul. Trouble is - whenever things are going well I can't help looking into the distance for the black stormclouds of disaster on the horizon. Oh well, I'm sure in the future there'll be difficult times a'plenty... but for now... things are cool.

Bah... two copyright warnings in one week... oops... oh well.. removed the 'offending' stuff. These days you can't afford to argue or your host provider just pulls the site. Still - the one purporting to be from Neil Gaiman was very nicely worded.

Married life is still good. Finally got email on my palmtop working - except where we live is in a 'little dip' (sounds remarkably like my life). I ended up dancing out in the road at 1 pm last night trying to get a signal to send my Atlantis orders off ! Great fun.

Finally a bit more organised our room a bit - did you know since getting married I've actually got tidier... sick.

Man... no time to blog... sorry guys.....

Lots going on - I'm *really* enjoying coding in Python... I'm about to tackle 'objects' the modern method of programming that became popular in the eighties... I'm finally getting to grips with it just as they're looking for something to replace it :-)

My site was pulled for a day as the 'estate' of William Burroughs objected to me *advertising* his books.... *ahem* Anyway - those books have gone... *sigh* such is life......

Married life is interesting, still well in the 'honeymoon' phase... she adores me... I wonder when it will wear off.. :-) *grin*

Oh yeah.. half way through *seevral* articles... need to work on *all* of them - the second half of my autobiography, an article on avoiding 'internet censorship' (*ahem* escaping restrictive corporate firewalls....), a modern rewriting of the Dionysius the Areopagite, first article on Christian meditation... half way through *all* of these and distracted by flying monkeys and atlantibot coding...... Also a couple of people whose articles are here would like links to their websites and so on.... deary me......

Hello folk, sorry it's been so long since I've 'blogged'... I've been kind of distracted recently. Well... life is great - but then if the first four weeks of your marriage *aren't* good then you're really in trouble.....

Part of the problem is that too much has happened and I've got too much to say.... so I don't know where to begin....... hmmm...

Voidspace is also badly in need of an update.. I've got lot's of minor changes well overdue. I *will* get round to them soon (-ish!) - a lot of my computer time has been taken up with the atlantibots project hurrah ! My flying monkeys are off to a flying start. I have all the usual wedding photos as well which I'll inflict upon all those unlucky enough to stumble upon them int he photo section.
